Day 18 - Enroute to Kalumburu

Today we got going early and stopped for breaky on the road.  We didn’t really do much today, except drive and eat!

Another Dingo that stopped to check us out on the way.

Dad's starting to wonder if there is a bounty in WA for Dingoes.  He reckons it might be enough to pay for his & Mick's beer bill....  maybe!  :)

Another creek crossing.

We arrived at Kalumburu and stocked up on a few things and went to McGowans Island.  Nice place run by Grungley.

When we got there we set up camp and at sun set we went down to the beach for happy hour and had fresh smoked queenfish.

The only way to have happy hour.

Making some new friends off the boats.  Great people, great company.

After all the smoked fish we didn't feel like anything else to eat, but I had a tin of spaghetti just in case.  Then we went back to camp and went to bed.

Be back again soon.

Bye for now,

Cooper  :)
